Gil's Flowers is a family owned and operated business with headquarters in Miami, Florida established in 1965. Serving customers for so many years has taught us the importance of providing the highest quality, freshness and value. But these are only the prerequisites of our profession. The flower business is not about flowers. It is about what flowers can do. Remember the most important times of your life; birthdays and anniversaries, weddings and funerals, celebrations and frustrations, sick loved ones or new born babies. On these and most other special occasions, the chances are great that flowers played a significant role. The reason for this is simple: flowers are one of the most powerful means of expressing your feelings to someone you care about. And the company you choose to carry your message must be one you trust.

We are open every day including Sundays and most major holidays. Hours vary throughout the year and by location, but we are generally available for phone orders:

Of course trust is not something you can just ask for. It is something you earn. That's why your complete satisfaction is always our priority. We will do everything possible to meet and exceed your expectations. Because flowers are perishable, we only ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your flowers.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover on-line or over the phone. You can also open a credit account with us. Just e-mail us at and specify if you are interested in opening a personal or a commercial account. We will e-mail you the appropriate credit application. After we receive your application please allow up to five business days for your account to be activated.

We reply to all orders received on-line with a confirmation notice sent by e-mail. Please print and keep this notice for your records.

Same day delivery within our local area is usually available when orders are placed before 10:00 a.m. EST. However, deliveries on Sundays and national holidays are limited and may need to be rescheduled. Deliveries outside our area are processed by our wire service and require 1 days' notice if delivered inside the U.S. and 3 days' notice if outside the U.S. Delivery fees vary based on destination. If a flower recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery we will attempt to call the recipient first and the sender second for instructions. If we cannot contact either and no one else is available at the delivery location to accept the flowers, the flowers will be returned to our store. We will attempt a second delivery after speaking with and making arrangements with the recipient. If no one is present after a second attempt, an additional delivery fee must be paid before any further attempts are made.
